A Local Area Network (LAN) is simply a network of computers in one location which enables machines to share resources, such as fileservers and printers. They can be as small as a few PCs connected together to a large installation consisting of hundreds of machines.

Neonsky Systems both designs and installs LANs from the ground up and extends and modifies existing networks. In terms of protocols, we work primarily with Ethernet and IP, and in terms of network operating systems, Microsoft Windows NT, 2000 Server and 2003 Server.
