When things go wrong, it is re-assuring to know that help is only a phone call away. We have two aims here - firstly, to get things working again for you as quickly as possible, and secondly, to ensure that problems do not re-occur.

In addition to telephone support, we are able to look after our clients remotely by means of remote desktop software. This enables us to support your computers from our offices, by means of a VPN tunnel over the Internet. This allows us to resolve your issues in a rapid yet totally secure manner. For you, it is almost like having a qualified engineer on your premises at all times, yet without the expense this would normally entail!

Whilst it goes without saying that we always look after equipment which we have installed, we also are happy to help with existing installations. If you are experiencing a problem, do call us and we will endeavour to get you back up and running as soon as we possibly can.
